A posix file source at test1 rooted on supplied root.

galaxy.files.unittest_utils.stock_file_sources_allowing_loopback() → ConfiguredFileSources[source]

Stock file sources permitted to fetch from a mock HTTP server on the loopback interface.

The stock HTTP file source refuses private addresses unless they are allowlisted, so tests serving fixtures from a local mock server need this configuration.
